The City of Shamokin strives to increase its visibility to the public by offering a wide range of activities to meet the community's needs. In doing so, the City is overhauling the Claude Kehler Community Park. This upgrade will be a gradual project over the course of several years. The project will be financed through a DCNR grant along with CDBG funds, in-kind work, community sponsorships, and volunteer work.
